![]() I had a wet vacuum aqua-vac I think &that helped but you can still do the same thing by hand, once it's fairly clean, it should run right, if i'm not wrong there will be a lot of calcium on the lower heat exchanger, you have to take off the plastic cover (2) self-tap screws & you will see what I mean, just scrape it away with the end of a toothbrush, no the end you hold, see you Richard. Take the rear cover off 5 self tap screws & you should see a lot of scale (calcium) you have to clean this away by whatever means you have (a hose nozzle) try not to wet the electrics too much. ![]() I think you will find that the previous owners (assuming 2nd hand) haven't de-scaled it. ![]() ![]() Yes, bought one today, everything was fine until I put water in the tank, then it stopped after about 3 min. ![]()
